Other nonidentifiable information, information that can not be used to identify an individual or group of individuals, will be saved indefinitely.

JXB staff will have access to this information. Information entered into forms, such as requests for contact, will be available to JXB staff tasked with responding to such information. Account information will only be available to technicians who must maintain computer equipment, accounts receivable department employees and executives. Account information is not available to all JXB staff.

Nonidentifiable information, that is information that can not be traced back to any individual may be sold if JXB can determine that no individuals privacy will be compromised by such a sale.

Yes. JXB will allow an individual to modify personal information and contact method requests either through validated email or via an online form requiring user authentication.

Yes. Any information collected that doest not need to be kept for records due to U.S. Government legislation, or legislation in the State of Nevada, will be deleted at the request of the individual that gave that information. Such information might pertain to a user account or some other feature provided by JXB.

JXB feels that excessive legal jargon and terminology takes away from the intent of this document. In the most plain of terms any information given is secured from outsiders and kept in the strictest of confidence.
